Focus Boxing 101 in Commons Park
Event Details
• Join experts from Revolution Training for a 45-minute class that combines elements of boxing for an innovative and invigorating work out.
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays.
• Please note there is no class on Monday, July 4.
• Participants can bring boxing gloves/mitts, if they have them.
